Frequently Asked Questions
How Many Tickets Do I get with my Membership?
With your membership, you can see each production as many times as you would like. With a single membership, you can reserve one ticket to each performance date. With a Duo Membership, you can reserve two. Additional tickets can be purchased at the time of checkout.
Please reserve your tickets via the SimpleTix for each performance you plan to attend.

How do I Reserve my Tickets once I have a Membership?
How Do I Change my Event Time?
Please note that you cannot change your event time in SimpleTix within 24 hours of your performance time. If you need to change your reservation within 24 hours, please reach out to afton@riverandrailtheatre.com.
