Frequently Asked Questions
How Many Tickets Do I get with my Membership?
With your membership, you can see each production as many times as you would like. With a single membership, you can reserve one ticket to each performance date. With a Duo Membership, you can reserve two. Additional tickets can be purchased at the time of checkout.
Please reserve your tickets via the SimpleTix for each performance you plan to attend.

How do I Reserve my Tickets once I have a Membership?
How Do I Change my Event Time?
Please note that you cannot change your event time in SimpleTix within 24 hours of your performance time. If you need to change your reservation within 24 hours, please reach out to tamsin@riverandrailtheatre.com.
How Does Parking Work?

For Premium Members
OCPAC Reserved Premium Parking is indicated in Blue.
Premium Parking is first come, first serve for our twelve (12) spots per show. Please reserve your Premium Parking Ticket at checkout to reserve your spot. A parking attendant will help you to your spot upon your arrival.
What Happens if I Don't Reserve my Parking Spot?
On the day of the performance, the OCPAC’s Reserved Premium Parking will be opened to the public for $15.00 on the same first come, first serve basis.
** Premium Members will still be able to reserve their parking spot at no charge when logged in to their SimpleTix Account.
How do I redeem my Guest Ticket?
Please email tamsin@riverandrailtheatre.com with your the date your guest is attending, along with your guest’s name and email for the ticket information.
